Lumbini Provincial Office, under the Distribution and Consumer Services Directorate (DCSD) of NEA, oversees electricity distribution services across the districts of Nawalparasi (West), Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Gulmi, Argakhanchi, Dang, Pyuthan, Rolpa, Rukum East, Banke, and Bardiya. The office is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of the electricity distribution network, as well as consumer services such as new connections, meter reading, billing, and revenue collection.
